1. Services
Hurricane Garage Door & Repair provides garage door repair, installation, and maintenance services in the Tampa Bay Area, FL. All work is performed by trained technicians and is subject to a quoted price agreed upon before work begins.
2. Estimates & Pricing
Estimates provided by phone or on-site are based on the information available at the time. Final pricing is confirmed before any work begins. You will never be charged more than the agreed-upon price without your explicit approval.
3. Payment
Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise arranged in advance. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards. Returned checks are subject to a returned check fee.
4. Warranty
We stand behind our work. Labor is warranted against defects for 30 days from the date of service. Parts carry the manufacturer's warranty, which varies by product. Warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, or acts of nature.
5. Cancellations & Rescheduling
We ask that you provide at least 2 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule a scheduled appointment. Same-day emergency calls are exempt from this requirement.
6. Limitation of Liability
Hurricane Garage Door & Repair's liability is limited to the cost of the service provided. We are not responsible for pre-existing conditions, consequential damages, or losses beyond the scope of the repair performed.
7. Access to Property
By scheduling a service call, you confirm that you are the property owner or have the authority to authorize repairs. You agree to provide safe and reasonable access to the garage and surrounding area for our technician.
